Short CV: Dexter Baño Jr. is a Filipino space industry practitioner and founder of OrbitX, the Philippines' first commercial spaceflight company. He is a researcher on space law and space economics and an active member of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL). Under his leadership, OrbitX is developing sustainable rocket technologies including renewable rocket fuels derived from waste plastics.
