Short CV: Miracle Chibuzor Marcel is the founder of the Pan-African Citizen Science e-Laboratory (PACS e-Lab), a nonprofit platform dedicated to democratizing astronomy and space science projects in Africa through hands-on engagement.He was inspired to create this initiative in response to the limited opportunities for astronomy research across the continent. He has achieved this through strong international collaborations with organizations such as NASA, Las Cumbres Observatory, the International Astronomical Search Collaboration etc, and by leveraging digital tools.Chibuzor has led education and outreach programs that have impacted more than 1,000 educators, students, and STEM enthusiasts across 50 African countries, with a vision to reach tens of thousands more individuals in Africa by 2030.
