Short CV: Mohamed Zeyada is a pioneering Egyptian space communicator, engineer, and entrepreneur. He is the Founder & CEO of Cassiopeia, a science outreach and research platform promoting astronomy and robotics in Africa and beyond. As Egypt's third analog astronaut, Zeyada has participated in international analog space missions, providing hands-on research and public engagement about space science, especially in communication technology and robotics. He is a skilled communications engineer and astronomer, recognized for producing high-quality astrophotography and leading educational projects such as Cassiopeia’s celestial imaging collaborations. Mohamed also serves as Assistant in the Pan-African Citizen Science e-Lab, working to democratize space science access and interpretation for diverse communities across Africa. Additionally, he is the Team Leader for NASA Space Apps Cairo, facilitating Egypt’s participation in global hackathons and science competitions. His outreach efforts are geared toward inspiring youth, expanding the local space community, and enhancing Africa’s involvement in frontier space research and innovation.
