Debora Moreira G. Sobral
Short CV: Debora Moreira G. Sobral holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Faculdade Damas da Instrução Cristã and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. She has actively engaged in study groups focused on international security and defense, with strong academic writing and research skills. Her thesis examined the geopolitics of outer space and counterspace capabilities. Debora has been a mentee in the UNOOSA Space for Women Programme and was part of the Brazilian delegation at the 3rd Research and Innovation Working Group of the G20. She is an active member of the Delegate Team for Space Generation Brazil 2025, joining efforts to connect space youth and promote space studies in Brazil.
