Short CV: Dr. Mindy Howard is an astronaut trainer, future commercial astronaut, and internationally recognized speaker in the field of human spaceflight, astronaut psychology, and training for commercial spaceflight missions. Selected by NASA as a “Highly Qualified Astronaut Candidate,” she pioneered the first psychological training program for commercial astronauts ("Inner Space Training"), and supports training and mentoring for Titan Space, Blue Abyss, and Cosmic Girls Foundation—a initiative upskilling young women for space. Mindy has 25+ years experience in human factors, engineering, and space leadership, and has helped guide flight teams for orbital and suborbital missions. She is a TEDx keynote speaker and author of "Blast Off! Train like an astronaut for success on earth," appearing as a space correspondent in media and on international panels.
